Why Wasn't My Digital Game Purchase Refunded?

I requested a refund on a digital purchase a few weeks back that was denied. I received no real explanation except that no digital refunds are issued and was given a link to the policy.

Under refund eligibility, the policy states that ..."we consider a variety of factors like time since date of purchase, time since release, and use of the product."

I requested a refund the day after my purchase, and I played the game just long enough to find that it was nothing like I'd hoped it be (under two hours).

Would any of this be taken into consideration? If so, what scenarios would a refund actually be issued when the above factors were assessed?

If not, why is the policy worded such that it is?

If you've played the game longer than 2 hours and have owned it for more than a week, it's non refundable

I believe not liking the game isn't a valid reason in the refund policy to get a refund on the game.

most of the time you cant take a game back because you dont like it, with vids of the game research, if a demo is available try that.

to my knowledge not a single place i know takes the game back just because you dont like it, in the 38 years of gaming im yet to see that.
