    WHY WAS THE XBOX.COM, XBOX 360 DOWNLOAD HISTORY REMOVED?


    Microsoft: None of us can get our XBOX 360 download history off the XBOX.com website (we are not happy about this). We also are having error's on the

    XBOX 360 download history as well (after you scroll through the files awhile we get a disconnected and a error message). I am a 5 star customer according to your own criteria (but guess what? After 17 years I am going to drop XBOX's entirely and go to PlayStation
    & never come back if you do not put back up our XBOX 360 download history on XBOX.com). At least reply as to what is going on (Major Nelson said on Reddit he would get back to us on what was going on and he never did and it's been many months! XBOX ONE is
    being outsold by PLAYSTATION 4 so I don't think you can afford to loose more customers over lost paid for content! Enough said!

    No ta da: you should know that billing history does not cover our entire XBOX 360 purchase history as it goes back just many months (additionally) it is not a replacement for "download history" that is not functioning correctly (nor is it a replacement
    for taking down the XBOX 360 downloads in my games).
    In fairness your entire 360 billing history can go back to 2005. I don't know any company that allows me to check back that far.

    Well, there was a Download History on Xbox.com, but it was removed due to some updates and changes they made as Xbox One things have updated in terms of Microsoft Store. The Xbox 360 stuff is apart from the new Microsoft Store system.

    agree, i am sure they removed the xbox.com option to download xbox 360 games (but that leaves us with the xbox 360 console as our only place "to get all of our dlc" and as we all know that scrolls forever and it is useless). also it will disconnect after
    scrolling down for just a few minutes! what we need is a xbox 360 update that sorts our dlc (that would be a nice thank you from microsoft for our loyalty). i posted this at xbox ideas!
