Why was the Remnant 2 physical release cancelled?

I've called every store in town as the game was supposed to be released for sale on the 25th but all the answers I got were that they never received the shipments of the games at all and do not know if they will be getting them. Why was the physical release of Remnant 2 cancelled?

    :)

You would have to ask the developer.

But my guess would be they couldn't get a replication slot

Hello PlayerZero0, sorry toh ear you're having trouble finding a copy of the game.

In order to get the best answer for why the game was not released physically your best bet would be to contact the game support team https://support.arcgames.com/hc/en/?_gl=1*1t1lml7*_ga*NzQ3MzIwODQuMTY5MDQ5OTkxMw..*_ga_KX8FVJCL30*MTY5MDQ5OTkxNC4xLjAuMTY5MDQ5OTkxNC4wLjAuMA..
