Why was my refund request denied and how can I get someone on the phone?

You can request a call back at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us and speak to billing, but they typically do not handle refunds. If your son had already been playing the game for a significant amount of time, that's most likely why the refund was denied.

He played it for 10 minutes this morning. I tried all the call back avenues and I haven’t been given the option for a call back.

If the purchase was for roblox (im assuming virtual currency) then was any of the virtual currency spent? If so that would be one reason a refund being denied. In game currency that has been purchased and spent is non refundable.

I had requested one but they denied it, despite my lack of receiving my purchase. When I got back on the phone with Microsoft support they said I should have put more information about why I wanted my refund and that’s why they denied it.
