Why was my refund denied? No way to appeal?

Unfortunately, there are no other options to appeal or request a refund to the Xbox refund web form.

Thanks, it as said in the msg. I never received an email, I have checked junk, deleted and alternative emails and nothing. I realized it was denied as I went into my account to check the refund status and it just says denied.

According to a fellow Independent user 'Gerardo CG':

"If your refund is denied again this time, you should now receive an email informing you of the denial, as this is the only way they have to communicate this information when the refund is requested through that link. When you receive the email, respond to it explaining the reasons why they should reconsider their decision, as it's the only way to get back in touch with the team that initially handled your refund request."

If you have already searched for the email, even in the spam/junk folder, and it's been more than 24 hours since your refund was denied, I recommend reapplying for the refund using this other link:

I would advise you to reply to the denied refund email, and include all these information as a way to appeal the decision!
