Why was my pre-order cancelled?

So i pre-ordered Modern Warfare III. I was charged, and everything was fine. I got an email saying that it was declined. I haven't received a refund or anything..is there a way i can fix this? Id really love to play the early access campaign Thursday.

Hi, AbyssKP. As Smwutches said, the first charge you received was just an authorization charge. This is made by most marketplaces only to check if your card have sufficient funds.

The real charge, as the article I provided said, is applied 10 days before the game release. As Microsoft was not able to charge you, the pre-order was canceled.

Furthermore, you may want to contact your bank and review if this first charge was finally reversed or not, because the authorization charge is always reversed after a few days.

If it says that it was canceled, your card was declined, and you will need to place a new order or call your bank to find out why it was refused
