    Gettin herassed on xbl by someone

    But I don't violate the code of conduct and terms of use on Xbox live so I should be fine right ? Even though he can pull my profile off league play teams I previously played with him so he can find my account n pull it up even when I changed my gamer tag

    Custom Gamerpicture not allowed?

    I recently tried uploading a Custom Gamerpicture and when going through verification it has failed, i have looked over the Xbox Code of Conduct many times and it does not violate any of the areas listed to the absolute best of my knowledge. So i am confused
    why this picture is still not allowed even though it is harmless, it has the correct size to upload and it is not classified as NSFW so i absolutely baffled. I have used Custom Gamerpictures before the one i currently have on my account is even Custom so i
    would love some feedback or even help as to why this is.

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. They would have been who removed the gamerpic. More information is located at enforcement.xbox.com

    It shows 7 gamer picture suspensions active, was i spam reported or what? Because my Profile picture is simply a screenshot of Ed from GoodBurger, so there's no way I'm in violation.

    Does Xbox even listen to reports or support pedophiles on their platform?

    You can't just report people willy-nilly because you don't like their profile picture, it probably wasn't in violation of any of the profile picture rules, which is why nothing happened to them.

    However you calling them names, insulting them, ect is a violation of the rules and you where treated accordingly.

    Do you have any prior bans on your account? I can't imagine why they would deny your profile picture if there is nothing in it that goes against the TOS.
