    When you try to associate a card, the system generates verification charges to make sure the card is valid, these are refunded days later.

    If it tells you that the data does not match, try to associate it from this link in the incognito mode of the browser.

    https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments

    If it is available in your country, try to associate the card to a Paypal account and then add Paypal as a payment method to Microsoft.

    Card name doesn't match information?

    No, this will not solve my issue. This is a pay card in my name, and it is a visa debit. Like I said, I called my card company to confirm the information is correct, and it is. I just want to know why Microsoft is saying the info does not match when it is clearly the correct information.

    Can't purchase/add my card to my account, but can add it to another account.

    I still get the same error: "Check the info you entered. It doesn't match the info for this card." when I input the same details and card info on my other account, it works.

    We had a subscription which was just cancelled. We tried reloading card details as we used the card successfully before bit it says info does not match card. We are in South Africa

    Hello thanks for the reply. The payment option isn't the problem. My billing info match the billing info for the card and the card doesn't have a restriction. It still won't work.
