Why was my card charged for .99 without my authorization

It can be for a pre-authorization charge but that is only applicable if you added your card.

If I may ask, do you previously added your card to your Microsoft account?

Live XBOX Renewal Without My Authorization!

On 01Set19 was charged $ 149.90 of my credit card with the name "Microsoft", but I did not authorize any charge or renewal of services, the charge came on my current credit card, went to see in the microsoft register

This is known as an authorization charge for veriffying the card owner information to the linked card this charge should go back into your financial insituation's account you own with them with 3-5 days depending on how fast their turn around times are.

The second charge as my fellow ambassador has mentioned is a actual charge for the service you authorized with your card.

When you purchase a subscription it's set to automatically renew and the charge is run as a recurring or pre-authorized charge. Rarely credit cards, some debit cards and MOST prepaid debit cards will not allow pre-authorized charges. You can contact your
bank and ask them to allow pre-authorized charges on that card, if they say no you will have to use a different card.

You authorized any and all charges when you confirmed everything when you sign up on subscription, and add your card. They did not "steal it" you authorized it.. Unless your child, brother, sister, anybody 'stole' your card and added it without your permission.
Then you can get your money back by pressing charges for fraud
