Why was my appeal for my ban not properly answered, and immidately denied?

I sent in my appeal, that I would like to see evidence and a reason as to why I was communication banned for a week, but I was only told a vauge response of harassment, with not proof. My initial ban didn't even give me a reason, and the ban details states word for word "No details are available at this time". I am starting to run out of option here, as my case wasn't even given a proper reason as to why it was closed, nor was any evidence brought forth for the reason of my ban.
The worst part about communication bans is that it prevents me from playing any online games what-so-ever, and the very few games that I can play, requires some form of communication that is either entirely muted, or is completely gone. For example, Overwatch with a communication ban prevents you from looking at the leaderboard and any "quick communication" menu options your team selects. Which means you'll never know if your team needs healing or anything of that nature.

It sucks so much how little effort they put into actually suspending the right players, or making things clear as to why.
There needs to be a more human element to these important things, as this is something that can get your console banned! Yikes!
Communication is a big deal, especially when talking about bans, and the fact that there is a lack of it, is really telling.

It would be different if I called someone a slur, then I would know what I did, however the most offensive thing I've ever said was quote "be quiet".
That is INSANE.

Anyways, thank you for taking time out of your day to read this and type out a reply. I hope Microsoft can actually look into this, and hopefully amp-up on their moderation, and add a human element to something this important.

I am sorry to know about what happened. I would feel the same way if I were on your situation. As much as we would love to assist you here regarding Enforcement actions/suspensions, we only have here limited support regarding this type of concern. Even a support cannot assist us regarding our suspension because this is being handled only by the Xbox Enforcement team who work offline. We can only reach them by sending a player report or filing a case review. I hate to be a bearer of bad news here but since your appeal was denied, our best option here is to wait until your suspension ends.

i just said my appeal was denied as i didnt even know what i was banned for as i didnt receive an email regarding the ban which is why i had to use the bbb to get in contact and was then told what my ban was for after i had appealed and was denied. it is a joke. after being banned for someone bot following my account which is out of my control and theres nothing i can do once my appeal was denied because i didnt even know what i was banned for until now.

An appeal is the only way to contact the enforcement team and they are the only ones who handle bans. If they haven't responded yet, you'll need to wait for their answer. If they denied the appeal, there is nothing else that can be done. Console bans cannot be reversed.
