suspensions can come in anytime, sometimes after the incident. But it sounds to me like someone does have your account information.

Any report filed has to be investigated which takes time.99% of the time a suspension/ban is issued several weeks after the offence took place or even longer.

it got suspended days later after my console got banned. I wasnt given any reason why it was suspended. Is there any way to check to see if the account is fine and can be used on a new console?

the account is not suspended and i am getting the information right, if i wasnt getting the information right i wouldnt be able to sign in here

sorry matt, that was my problem I didnt know. when suspended it gave a date then on here it gave a date. after yhe update it said account was banned. I wasnt sure and wasnt getting an answer. until now when the account has fonished its suspention
