Why was my account permanently suspended for no reason?

December 26th 2023 I got on my Xbox and it said that I was permanently suspended at 12:43 p.m. and I want someone to look into that because I got banned for no reason I was not on my Xbox at 12:00 no one was on my Xbox at 12:00 I got on my Xbox around 5:00 and 6:00 that day and I got banned for no reason.

Support is correct there is no way to contact enforcement outside of the case review process on the enforcement site. If your review was denied then there is nothing further that can be done.

Yes hi I just wanted to reply to you to say that I already tried that the day that I got banned and I got denied and I tried to call Microsoft and I got to customer support but they couldn't do anything because they told me that the suspension department only has authorization for that and there's no way to contact the suspension department only via the enforcement website and I tried that about five times already and no one is talking to me about it so I'm trying every way I can possible to get answers about it I don't know if you had the same problem a long time ago and try to get help with this because I had this account for 6 to 5 years and I'm losing it for no reason.

What bowski477 mentions is correct. Support cannot help with these types of cases and the only option is through the Enforcement page. If your request was rejected, I am sorry to tell you that nothing more can be done.
