Why was my account banned?

I've just had 2 strikes and a 2 day ban on my account for the same looking for group post I made. I checked to details as to why I got these and all they did was copy and paste what I wrote in the post which doesn't explain to what I did wrong. So I tried to contact support and went to the online chat. The first person I spoke to told me that there was not a lot she could do her end but that she would open a case for me and send me the referral information, unfortunately I got disconnected from that chat so was unable to get this so I tried again with another person who kept trying taking me round and round in circles and eventually got a manger in the chat who was very rude and basically told me that there is no way to get hold of the reinforcement team and that my ban will only last 2 days anyways and that all the information for my ban is on your account and disconnected the chat. I honestly feel like the reinforcement team has made an error because I have been through the community standards link they kept sending and my post matches none of the examples on there and if I did do something wrong I need to know so I won't do it again. I don't wanna lost my account for creating a looking for group post. My post was word for word:

Can someone please tell me why this post got me 2 strikes and a 2 day ban please
