Why was I wrongfully banned

On 11/12/2023 at 12:09 AM I was notified that my console had been banned, confused, I went to my enforcement history and it said my account was also permanently suspended. According to my history my last suspension was in May of 2022. I had 0/8 strikes as well, I appealed the suspension because I assumed the enforcement team had made a mistake and that appeal was denied about 14 hours later. I have no memory of breaking any of Xbox’s rules recently, and if I had, I don’t think a permanent suspension and console ban is necessary for what I’ve allegedly done. I received an email saying I had done one of these things

• Threats of death, harm, property damage, or any other acts of violence or vandalism
  
• Verbal and text abuse, profanity, stalking, or griefing directed at other players
  
• Extortion or coercion
  
• Trolling
  
• Network interference, disruption, or manipulation
  
• Libel, defamation, or slander
  
• Display or transmission of another user’s personally-identifiable information
  
• Abuse of the Xbox Live chat or messaging systems
  
• Text, images, or links that depict nudity or are sexual in nature
  
• Depictions or descriptions of real-life violence or excessive violence/gore
  
• References to hate groups, terrorist organizations, or notorious figures
  
• Inflammatory text, images, or links directed towards specific demographic groups
  
• Spam messages or posts that disrupt the social experiences of the service
  

And according to Xbox.com themselves a console ban is only sent to people that do the following things.

Xbox console tampering, such as physically opening an Xbox console and modifying the hardware to play illegitimate or unauthorized software. Online fraud, such as phishing, account theft, or other attempts to defraud Microsoft or other players.

These are things I had not done, I am just confused on why my account was permanently suspended and console banned, I believe I must’ve said something wrong and received a suspension but by mistake the Xbox enforcement team accidentally sent a permanent suspension and console ban to me, I understand some people receive these suspensions and bans but only to repeat offenders, I had 0/8 strikes and my last suspension was over a year ago. I believe I was mistakenly suspended and ask for any information and assistance on what to do, I’ve already had my appeal denied and have no clue on what to do, I’ve spent years on my account, and would hate to see it banned over a mistake. Also, the account name was “Encenia”.
