    Why was I suspended and my appeals denied?


    I was wrongly suspended due to a strike system which was never disclosed. I was somehow suspended due to SINGLE letters? How does a single letter, not words, not sentences cause me to be suspended? I need to be able to speak with someone about this. I need prompt communication. Who can I speak with about this wrongful suspension? My appeals were already denied. What they are alleging I was suspended for is INCORRECT & IRRELEVANT. There is no proof in the details.

    The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions and submitting an appeal is the only way to contact them. If they denied the appeal, there is nothing else that can be done.

    How can xbox get away with this stuff

    I got suspended for 8 days. I have appealed and will see what happens. If my appeal is denied I will be selling my xbox and buy a ps 5. Microsoft will get no more of my money.

    If you've submitted a case review, there is nothing further that can be done. The Safety Team does not use the forums. They are only contactable through the case review process. Support is unable to assist with any enforcement/suspension issues.
