    Why was I permanently banned for a minor offense, and it being my first strike.


    The other day I got heated and messaged someone in-game, I called them a "pus pus" and I'm guessing they reported that message. Come the following morning I'm permanently banned for what is considered a minor offense. I have been playing Xbox my entire life, and I have NEVER seen someone permanently banned for a little bit of smack talk. Due to this banned, I lost thousands of hours of progress, and tens of thousands of dollars that I will never see again. When it came time I tired to make a case review and it was nearly instantly denied, saying that my offense is to be considered harassment against another player and that my punishment would be maintained. I just think that the Xbox enforcement system should better review their bans.

    OK, thanks for the notice. It's just frustrating that I feel like I didn't do all that much harm, where the person who I messaged in the first place, was smack-talking me first. However, now I'm out thousands and I honestly don't know what to do about it,
