    Why was I permanently banned and not temporarily banned?


    My name is Ayanna, an my Xbox account username is Babyblast4715. I was permanently banned today for nudity/ sexual content. I have not done any of those things. I’m sure this was a mistake I would never do anything like that. And there was no evidence proving I have done so.

    You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for information about the ban and to see about submitting a case review. The enforcement team do not use the forums so we would not have any information regarding it.

    If you were banned temporarily, just wait a few days. If you were banned permanently, unfortunately you will not be unbanned
