    Why was I perma Banned Xbox Enforcement team?


    I want you to reappeal my ban on my Xbox accounts DustyOrchid057 and LootGoblin4219, as I feel that I was wrongfully banned by whatever system you use that says I'm a cheater, it's a false positive that you need to correct as I'm not the only victim. All I know was that I was playing Xbox 360 games offline to get achievements I really don't think I should be banned for that? And No I didn't hack achievements, to my knowledge, YOU CAN NOT HACK ACHIEVEMENTS!

    Hi,

    The enforcement team doesn't perma ban for only 1 thing they look at you past behaviour and never perma ban you on your first enforcement if you don't agree with your ban then go to the enforcement website and apply for a case review it's unlikly the unban

    you should've received an email that contains the details of your enforcement action, as well as a link to appeal it. You can review your enforcement actions at the link below, please remember that it takes up to 48 hours for details with your in your account, and if you file an appeal, you have one chance, so I would wait for those details to appear

    The enforcement team do not use the forums.

    The only way to contact them is by filing for a case review on the enforcement page HERE if eligible.

    Xbox 360 games achievements can be modded/hacked fairly easily which is why the achievement system was changed when the Xbox One came out.
