Why was I perm banned for this?

I'm trying not to freak out... I have been a part of the Xbox community on several different accounts for a while now. Just so happens that I get banned on this account. They claim that the ban is because of nudity and sexual content. In the terms it only states about it being public. I make sexual jokes in DMS with close friends but it's never horrific, it's always light. I have never posted any photos, videos, public messages, nothing of the sort. Even in DMS. It's only messages. It's surprising to me that I'm getting banned for something no one else sees or cares about. It is in DMS. My friends consent to it. It's not anything out of the ordinary compared to what other people have sent me.
Please send help. I tried to appeal and it was denied. I do not understand. Am I not allowed to mention anything sexual EVEN if it's private and the jokes go nowhere? I have spent so much money and time on that account it is unbelievable. Is there anything else I can do to get it unsuspended? I have limited items on that account from many games that I can never get back. Please.

Quick update: None of my friends were banned. Even the ones who have said things publicly, they have only received light or no suspensions at all. Why was I sentenced so harshly?

yes i understand but even do this is my first suspension of the year why is it that i get a perms ban

Length of suspensions can vary based on the severity of the situation as well as any prior enforcement actions. It would be entirely up to the enforcement team so we can't say why you received a permanent suspension.

Submitting a case review is the only way to possible have a suspension lifted. If the enforcement team upheld their decision, there is nothing else that can be done.

As far as things being said in private, if it's still done on the Xbox Network, it has to follow the code of conduct whether it's private or not.

I got banned for no reason at the time i was not on the account but i already had 2 com banns but im jus tryna figure out what the perm ban was for

Yeah i know that but still , he got perm banned for trashtalking like what i got some 1 day or 2 ban for thag but never a perm ban and i was posting becaise now its just too late im perm banned and i dont know what to do so im trying
