Why was I charged by NNT Microsoft $59.00 to a card I do not have linked to my account

I have a charge on my bank statement for $15.89 with the following description NNT Microsoft *ultin280 . Can someone tell me what this is for I have checked with my kids and reviewed there account's and I verified nothing was under the purchase history and nothing saved under payment.

No. the NNT charge does not show on my monthly bill only in my monthly bank statements. Its not much, but I don't know what it is.

The subscription was not on my card, but on my paypal. For now, im not being charge because i have cancelled the link on my paypal account with my microsoft account, but im still receiving a lot of emails from microsoft about the payment.
