    It says the subscription is $14.99 why am I being charged $16 for my monthly ultimate subscription?

    They recently changed the price of Ultimate which is why it's now 16.99 instead of 14.99.

    I still dont understand. So it will charge me the $16.99 up front when I first upgrade but after that I won't get charged until 02/23? Is that what you're telling me? Because it states I will be charged $16.99 every month. That's why I'm kinda skeptical about what you're telling me.

    I have the xbox game pass and it said I should be able to upgrade to ultimate for 1$.

    When its time to pay its 16.99$ ( I cancelled)

    And now when I check the page for xbox game pass ultimate its said 16.99$.

    I never have the 1$ deal­.

    What should I do? (contact microsoft?)
