Why was i banned twice for the same message on xbox?

I apologize, but just a friendly reminder that for enforcement action there is a dedicated team that handles them which is the enforcement team. There is no direct contact with them, only by reporting and filing a case review.

If you have already submitted a case review and were denied, sorry but we may need to wait for the enforcement action to end.

Phone/chat customer support tend to send people here to the forums when they don't know how to further handle your problem. I'd really wish they'd stop doing that. This place is primarily community-driven.

Case reviews will get XBLPET to give your case a second look, but their actions on accounts have always remained constant, and consequently, case reviews serve as a way to tell you exactly why you were issued a ban. Whatever context your message held, "suicide"
is not a term that would be taken lightly in the case of XBLPET.

Unfortunately, there's nothing you can do but sit out the rest of your ban. There's absolutely nothing that anybody here on the forums can do to reverse it.

way you have the ability for the case to be re-investigated and chat with a team member on the Xbox Policy & Enforcement Team.

ive done a case review it didnt help. Someone from xbox suuport live chat told me to post on the forums

No problem doing that but I am looking for an answer and FYI it even said it was an Automated response... I understand why I was banned I wanted to know why I got hit twice even on a day I wasnt even on First ban was a Day the other was for a week. All I
am asking in General is WHY was I punished twice for the same infraction?
