Why was I banned for 2 weeks? Unfair ban?

I just got a message saying I have a communication ban for 14 days.

I know communication bans are from saying bad things in game chat, parties or messages.

About 5 weeks ago I had a large war on my phone and lost 4 friends because of saying bad things, and promised myself I wouldn't ever do that again.

I've done nothing bad whatsoever on Xbox to anybody since then, and as far as I can see haven't even done anything since my last communication ban in January. If I had done things since then I would've been banned before then.

The closest I've done is type "Wtf" in an in-game text chat, and other people were doing that and even saying full profanity, so it wasn't just me.

Highly doubt it, but is it related to a child account? Child using profinaity? Less reports for a ban? For some reason my account is classed as a child, even though I'm 17.

Can Xbox see if I was spammed or who reported me for what?

Or at least unban me for something I honestly didn't do?

I took a screenshot then backed out it takes about 2 seconds to take it I never got any levels and the reason the case got upheld is because I didn't know why I was banned so I couldn't say why I was hacking

someone kept spamming me and asking for free items and I didn't know how to block them so I swore a thing them and they banned me I believe this isn't fair, why don't they get a ban, and I can't play online games for 2 weeks..... atleast decrease the ban...

Rules are the same on child accounts as adult accounts. It only takes 1 valid report for the enforcement team to issue a suspension. They know who reported you and have access to everything you've done on Live. Per the code of conduct, anything that looks,
like, sounds like, refers to, etc. anything that is prohibited is not allowed on Live. So abbreviations are equally as bad as full words.

 

Where's the case review on the enforcement page? I can't find it anywhere, and the "Contact" takes me to the official support page, which doesn't allow banning.

Why would I get banned for one abbreviation, and why me?

That may not have been what you were suspended for, but even if it is, someone may have submitted a complaint on you and that's what the enforcement team found. Since it violates the code of conduct, you got a suspension.
