Why was I banned even though the people who reported me hated me very strongly wished death...

The enforcement team do not use the forums. You would need to check the enforcement site for information about your ban and to see about submitting a case review. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/family-online-safety/enforcement/how-to-submit-a-case-review As long as you reported the other players, the enforcement team will investigate them and take the appropriate actions.

The reason I was banned more specifically was that a screenshot of the message was stupidly posted online. A bunch of people who had never encountered proceeded to report me.

But this is the only message I ever sent and I can guarantee that the people who reported me never actually played any games with me.

I wish mods would be more willing to help... ugh...

im in the same situation... im the owner of a club and now to get revenge, my formers admins i had to demote took revenge on my main profile.. even though i deserved to be banned for reacting to bullies, the fact that they are allowed to slander my name
in public as we speak and send hate is very troubling. none of them got banned and i got ignored even if i reported the bullies hate messages twice.

I have a good idea of who filed to the communication complains so it would not matter. And yes it could create retaliation but it would be very stupid as they would for sure get ban for longer...

Once again I can only talk about me but I talked bad to two people and know exactly who they are. They filed a report I paid. I am definitely not going to talk to them.

When you file a report especially if it is for message communication the person will know who reported him except if he sends 1000's of hateful message.

If you actualy read what i wrote you would know i already did this, instead of listening to me and responding to what i wrote on the website they didnt say anything about it and just stated i said **** and that that was bad even though i stated that the
person who reported me has not only broken the rules in other ways and not getting banned even though reported but actually sent me worse messages than i sent ONCE and immediatley got banned for.
