why was i banned did i do any thing wrong and what reason @xbox

Any information would be given at http://enforcement.xbox.com If you already submitted a case review and the enforcement team upheld their decision, there is nothing else that can eb done.

Why should I pay a new xbox when they will not tell me what I did wrong...what's keeping them from banning me again for no good reason with a new one

Posting in the forum linked above won't do much, all they'll tell you is the reason for the ban which you already know, Microsoft's view is that you are responsible for your account and who accesses it. If you've given somebody your details and allowed
them to logon as yourself then I doubt you'll get your banned over turned. However if you do believe that your account was compromised by a hacker all you can do is phone the support team and raise an unauthourised access case and they will investigate it

I been thinking the same thing I have been hijacked I gave my email to my friend and he said to me what you secret answer I thought at the time why so I ask him and I got hacked it was my friend the user friend because he was on hotmail with y address I
said to him why are you doing with my email he said emailing me his gamertag I said ok so I left and whent somewhere then I come home I was banned I looked at my bio it has bad bio stuff to it now I'm banned so yeh I want to get back on the my account in peach
without any trouble I am a nice person sept when I get blamed for these kind of issues
