    Why was I banned? A simple question, but one that outlines a core issue within the policies...


    For around the 50th time I've been comm banned... yeah, wow big deal right? Well it is, because the reason for it is ridiculous.

    I am not a child and I understand when a ban is warranted, but this is just too far. December 5th was when the ban was carried out, and so I decided to check every message I sent since my last comm ban. Oh, I found the single controversial item sent! I called
    someone a noob because he abused me with spam messages! Yes, very immature on my part, but this is gaming.... its not meant to be some mature high society platform. This is why I enjoy it, its an escape from my adult life.

    I go and try to file a case review when I get booted out for getting a question wrong, and oh my god the irony is remarkable!

    smack talk on Xbox Live is ok"    , that's right, that's what it says. Naturally, I answered false... obviously since I was banned for calling someone a noob. Oh but what's that? It's
    WRONG?

    So here's my question: if the answer to this question is indeed "true" then why on earth was I banned?

    Also these case review questions are so goddamn shady, and its obvious microsoft is forcing its political/social agenda of censorship onto its users (predominantly children). Straight evil and manipulative.

    I know I'm just gonna get some wish wash pre-formulated answer or some microsoft fanboys in the reply, or most likely of all: no response! So I'll just say I've canceled my microsoft gold subscription which I've had for 7 years - I don't support a censored,
    backward and hypocritical company. I'd rather throw my money down the trash chute.
