Why was everything reset?

It sounds like the email that you signed into is not the email that was associated with your brothers gamertag.

You would need to figure out what the email address was that was associated with his gamertag.

Ok. maybe it was the wrong email. Is there anyway to know the mail accoiated with account? Tell me. Is there a way to find out? I know the username. Heck i know the password. How can i find the email?

That is his email. It's the one that was suspended for spam. But i managed to get a code on a phone so i got access to the account. Except everything was reset. It was like making a new email account. Makes no sense at all. Why was everything wiped out?
