    Why was Australia removed from Xbox Live Rewards?


    Xbox Live Rewards is no longer available in Australia from the end of March. Can someone explain why because Microsoft Rewards is rubbish and a waste of time? Since April all I have been able to make is 2000 credits. I could do that easily with one purchase
    with Xbox Live Rewards. It took me a long time to get the My VIP rank I had and it was all for nothing. Get rid of Microsoft Rewards and bring back Xbox Live Rewards for Australia. New Zealand still has it so why can't we?

    You posted in the Discussion forum which is not monitored by the staff. You will want to re-post your question and change the "Forum Type" to "Support". Once you do that the reward staff will review your question and reply. They do not work on weekends and
    typically take 1-2 business days to reply.

    As communicated since March, Xbox Live Rewards members from Australia have been migrated to the Microsoft Rewards program. This was communicated in a popup on the Rewards page, and in an email to your billable account email. More details on this migration

    Hi ymer la. Unfortunately, Xbox Live Rewards is not available in Australia, therefore you are not able to participate in program offers.

    As stated in your email and on the Rewards page, Australia was migrated out of the Rewards program to Microsoft Rewards. Australia is not an eligible Rewards region.
