    I need to know why I was suspended and I was told I would be unsuspended on February 8th at 9pm and I would like to talk to someone thats not AI and is someone real,it also sees I need to pay for all of my games which was $300+ down the drain i made a new account thinking i would be ok but no,I need to get a ll the games all over I feel as if this is a abuse of power.

    Why u was banned

    The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions and there is no way to contact them directly. You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for information about your suspension.
