how to fully enjoy the game and have fun when the passage of the mission you need to enter the machine to shoot or hide, you have to read the text below ? games are expensive , but the creators of the game don't want to spend the extra 2000 or 5000 dollars
for the addition of the Russian language, they are greedy ? or they don't care about most of the Russian players ?

I read somewhere that they don't want to lose articulation , but I like to hear the dialogues in your language which I speak !

someone from the developers answer here ? maybe in the next part of the game they will add all the popular languages of our planet !

That is a developer decision and you have to take into consideration cost analysis as adding language features surely increases production costs.

As others suggested you could contact the games developers.

Anyway, please consider that localization is always tied to business strategies. It involves costs and efforts: if they consider them not worth they will not go on.

Lol. There are free dlc in xbox store "RUSSIAN LANGUAGE PACK FOR WITCHER 3"
