Why there is no pro version of xbox series xs coming ?

As of now, Microsoft has not announced any plans for a "pro" version of the Xbox Series X|S. It is important to note that rumors and speculation about future products should be taken with a grain of salt until officially confirmed by the company. There are separate releases for X1 and XS.

Virtually all Xbox One games will work on Series consoles.

The PC version on Steam work fine, not sure why the Xbox version is not working as friends have it and it works.
