Why there is no Chinese subtitle in radio and diaries？

I found that there is no Chinese subtitle when I listen the radio and watch the diary in the game on Xbox One.

So why?

Subtitles not consistent

To whom it may concern,

I like to play games in English with subtitles when the game is not translated in a satisfactory manner. I find the game does not use the subtitles as much as it should. Diaries in the game had no subtitles and neither most of the live action sceneed. Please
consider patching in better subtitle support at your earlier convenient time.

I like this game very much but there was a problem,my english is not well

so i need chinese subtitle not other.

So i tried again. Halo installed in Chinese (in-game text and voices) properly, so that one is fine.

Call of Duty apparently had no option to change the subtitles language at all.

Far cry 4 had the option to change subtitles language in the game menu, but chinese was not one of them.

Both Call of duty and Far cry 4 are available in the Hong Kong app store. But there is no way to know rhe supported languages in the app store. If i buy it from the hong kong app store then would the games get installed in their chinese versions?

I am assuming that that all the games in the Hong kong app store would support chinese, at least with subtitles. Is that an incorrect assumption?

Completely correct. The same game, same setting (I never need to touch the game setting, and all Xbox have the same language setting), but default shows Chinese text and subtitles on Xbox 360, but default shows Japanese text and subtitles on Xbox One X.

WRC 3 gets new Dev Diary.

Milestone has released a new dev diary for its upcoming racer WRC 3, in which it discusses the style and graphics of the new WRC engine.

Nice review. I have a question since I'm hearing impaired. Have they subtitled the TV Shows and NPC interactions this time around? I can give the songs on the radio not being subtitled a pass since I usually listen to my own tunes on my iPod.
