Why the peck Xbox 360 Controller's screws are made of plastic!?

15 or so minutes ago I completely wrecked my 1 year-old Xbox 360 Wireless Controller because it was turning off on Mafia Boss in Hat in Time with battery fully charged. Just for the pure interest I took my Torx 8 screwdriver to unscrew the shell and take
out the motherboard but found out that the screws are made of plastic and they just deform when I rotate my screwdriver. So, Microsoft, WHY!? You not only make [Mod Removed- Inappropriate] gamepads but you also make the unfixable! WHY!?

Don't blame Microsoft, you drove into something you don't know or fix. Even if you did not have a controller under warranty, you could pay for the repair at a certified service. You can't complain now. It's your fault.

Old proverb "Curiosity is satisfied at a price". If you read the conditions of your device and accessory warranty you are not supposed to manipulate them in anyway.

My left bumbper seems more loose then the right but its nothing major. the 2 back corner sides of the handles are just clip on plastic pieces that cover the screws, ive found them to kinda squeak sometimes. Its not as well made as the 360 controller IMO

The cover plate over the hidden screws isn't tight. So when you sqeeze the controller, you can feel the controller compressing in your hand. The controller shell should be 2 pieces, securely tightened with screws, just like the 360 controller. Not these
plastic pop-locks. This is Very annoying.

Also the left thumb stick feels too plasticy and loose and perhaps too high.
