Why the paket is at 100% in the network conection?

My connection to internet is justt a simple code on Vigin498 but when itest it it says that the paket is at 00% but i tried the only solution cause i don't have a router. Or else ok so i undisconnected my connection but the problem subsist and i don't see why i test multi player it tells me that the lost of paket is disturbing te effecentcy of my xboxone S but i don't see any loss from my xbox everything is working fine 4k is on hdr 10. Fully fonctionnal but my HDMI won''t work cause of. My wire not top quaoity thats all the rest works perfectly when i oad a game my console activates the gaming mode for the rest i don't see any loss of data or whatever i'm supose to lose so that in mind when i double cheeck the 2sd time the report that everything is fine so what the hell is going on whit the testing program for multi player i know that when. I check the connection isee paket at 100% but why? I an't see any problems except my wire quaoity to HDMI thats all so can you help or i leave it at that i'm perplex about this suppose problem so please explain it to me since i don't have a outer of wi-fi terminal. It's ust a code on Virgin 498 that i enter and it works!!!! Fore at. First i've check every week forr problem and none showed at all now it. Does why is it because i've change some settings.
