Why the hell did they decline my refund

There is no direct contact with them, only by submitting a refund request and by replying to their email (refund request confirmation and refund decision). My refund declined for a game I didn't play and or buy but my refund got declined and I don't know how to get it back. And I also filled out the refund thing wrong on accident.

If you got an email message that says you got declined for the refund request, the best option that I can recommend here is to make an appeal to your request. Please explain to them the reason why you want to get a refund and why you should be eligible for it.
