WHY THE *** DID XBOX BAN MY ACCOUNT FOR A MONTH. I ONLY AD IT FOR TWO DAYS

Microsoft enforcement please address

My account was already suspended which was supposed to be lifted earlier this month but i havent been able to message or do anything. I never got a notification to say it was extended so i got a hold of Xbox Support who had told me it was due to a console
ban. There are multiple people who use my account and multiple people who use my xbox. Before the console ban i couldnt message for almost two months at the time already and a little time before that i couldnt even log into live. Yes I understand it gets extended
100 days if a console ban happens but what I dont get is why was my account suspension extended? I already couldnt message for at least two months so why was my suspension extended when it couldnt be me harassing, abusing, or whatever it was that caused a
console ban due to me already being suspended almost two months at the time it happened. And now due to someone else being a dick on my xbox I know have to wait another two months. Look at my rep and everything and my profile. Im a very helpul member of the
community and i help people in games as much as i can and its really hard to when i cant send messages or talk to people. Please contact me at your earliest convenience.

 

Ban Question

I had a 2 week ban on my account for online gaming and communications. I sent in a "Request for Review" because the original ban action took place at a time that I wasn't even on my xbox. 4 days later I get a message saying that the decision was upheld,
and they put in the notes that they were also placing an additional communication ban on my account for 100 days. I have no idea why but they added this after I requested a review. Then on the xbox enforcement page it only says a 1 day, 7 day, or 14 day ban
can take affect. Nothing about a 100 day ban??? Did somebody just make that up?? Now there's no way for me to submit a review because it doesn't even show any active bans on my account. Somebody please help.

 

Let me guess you did nothing wrong this happens every time MS put the ban hammer on the cheaters. Play the xbox the weight way no hacking cheating or glitching then things would be fine..... Have a great day
