I've tried everything on my side of the problem...perhaps if you could reimburse or accept a return on the latest pre oder of John Wick 4..that would help..so i can buy it on a different app to view since Microsoft & Tv app wont allow me to view what i paid for even passed the movies release date...5-22-23

I’m having the same issue. I purchased JW4 and it will not play. The error code I am getting is 0x000005b4, but when I look it up MS and all its sites just refuse to acknowledge this code exists. Quite frustrating because I purchased this with plans for an evening of entertainment and now that’s been ruined because the movie won’t play. Please have someone address this because either I would like my money back or a solution to this issue.

Ive been trying to contact them all day right now I'm 35 mins from being last the 24 hours posted date and time I'm hoping they put the wrong date in or something but they won't respond to me I've been waiting ages to watch this movie
