WHY TF DOES IT NOT LET ME DOWNLOAD LEFT 4 DEAD 2 ON MY XBOX ONE?

It will not let me download on the xbox one, then when it tells me to go download it on xbox.com, it says it cannot download. I spent $20 in microsoft store credit for this game, so I could play a zombie split screen game with my dad. What should I do?

My Xbox will not download Left 4 Dead 2

Hi can someone please help me I bought left 4 dead 2 in my xbox but it won't download, it keeps on saying can't download this item or left 4 dead 2 has stopped downloading. Any one knows how to fix this please message me on my xbox account LPG YokingGoose

So was L4D "Left 4 Dead"'s campaign garbage it follows the same single player/ multiplayer campaign experience?

Is that the error you're getting when you're trying to purchase it or did you purchase it and it won't download?

If you're on a child account, you'll have to make the purchase from a 360 console. You'd also need to use a 360 console in order to use currency on your account to make the purchase. Otherwise you'd need a credit card or Paypal on file in order to make the
purchase.
