Hi,Sam! I'm Luis, a fellow Xbox Gamer . Thanks for reaching us out here.

Is this only happening to Xbox games or are all of your device´s downloads being affected?

    Problem with downloading digital games

Your download speed is very low so that means other players have to wait for you. Instead of doing that they stop your installation. Wired is alwys better.

    Movies on Xbox Live

It all depends on your internet connection speed, if you have an alright connection speed, then it won't buffer, but if you have a rather low end connection, then it might.

Low end connection speeds are usually encouraged to rent with a low quality setting.
