Why spotify won't open after reinstalling it

What happens exactly when you try to open the app? Are you receiving an error code or the app simply doesn't open?

What Xbox console do you have?
Is this happening only with Spotify?
And besides reinstalling the app, did you tried something else or that's all?

This is to avoid giving you the same troubleshooting steps

Have you tried searching for spotify on the store from another account on your console then try to install the app?

I haven't had this problem. My problem with spotify: I was listening to an album, then an ad came on, when the ad ended there wasn't any audio. I opened the app to see if it was paused. I pressed play on a song, no audio, tried a different album still no audio. I closed spotify then when I reloaded it said Something Went Wrong. Reload, This App Needs To Be Reinstalled (never seen that message before). Reinstalling didn't help. After closing and reinstalling multiple times finally spotify just started working again. Also awhile back spotify would close itself randomly after a few songs, no other game or app would do this.

I uninstalled spotify and after i reinstalled it and signed in the same problem kept happening

• Restart the Spotify app.
• Log out and back in.
• Check the app is up-to-date.
• Close any other apps you’re not using.
• Reinstall the app.

• Check the app isn’t set to Offline mode.
• If possible, try a different internet connection.

It'll be up to Spotify whether they want to implement this feature in Forza Horizon 3. After Groove music services shut down you won't be able to listen to your playlist in FH3.
