    I have just boughten a brand new Xbox elite 2 controller to use on my computer (running w10) but it dosnt have a constant connection almost all the time (maybe 30 seconds per hour of it being plugged in) I have tried so many different things to try to fix this, it’s on the newest versions and everything. It works perfectly fine on my Xbox but that’s not what I plan to use it on. I’ve check the wire that connects the controller to my computer with a different remote (base Xbox series s/x controller) and it works absolutely flawlessly, it gives me pop ups saying that it’s connected and everything, but the elite controller won’t even show up no matter how hard I look, even if I look into my hardware setting and things like that. If I can have help Becuase I don’t have a crazy amount of money and this definitely wasn’t cheap. I also don’t have Bluetooth capabilities for my computer, nor can I upgrade to w11 for a reason I’m not sure, I love its Becuase I’m missing a hardware component. But any help would really be appreciated. I’ve stayed up till 5am on a school night Becuase of how frustrating this was and now I’m getting quite desperate.

    I'm in the the alpha skip ahead , I've not encountered any issues with my elite 2 controller.

    Dose it do the same when wired up to console?

    I'm having the same issue. Sometimes it shows up and lets me click on "connect", but it never fully connects. Other times it doesn't show up at all. I have other devices connected to my PC and was even able to connect the Elite Series 2 to my Android
    phone.

    One of the main reasons I bought this thing was so I could get rid of the wireless dongle for my old controller.

    New Elite 2 controller in my wishlist. I like also White Sport edition and SCUF modified controllers. Wired controller is best for shooter games.

    I purchased my Elite Series 2 specifically for the Bluetooth connectivity to my PC since I've got an xbox One X and have moved over primarily to PC Gaming...I wanted to connect wirelessly to my PC and it connects just fine. But when I start playing a game
    it FREQUENTLY disconnects repeatedly and reconnects until one time it just won't reconnect in the middle of the game so I'm FORCED to play purely wired if I want stability with the $180 controller. I've already got EVERYTHING up to date in my PC and I literally
    mean everything. The controller firmware is updated as well.

    I've also already been through a warranty exchange once.
