    WHY SANCTION?!


    I have paid Xbox live for my son, 14, since a few years. He just told me that he couldn’t finish his game yesterday night because he had been banned from the game I bought on Microsoft store for him.

    Indeed, I received an email informing me of the sanction WITHOUT ANY DETAILED EXPLANATION, WITHOUT ANY FURTHER ADO, WITHOUT ANY PROOF (there could be NO proof because he didn’t cheat).

    It seems that other players complained, may be they just are bad loosers?

    Please, explain to us where the cheating is, my son doesn’t even know how he could do!!!!!

    What is this world Microsoft is imposing to my son, a world in which you can be condemned without any trial and the possibility of defending yourself?!

    Of course, there is no possibility to contact with this service of Microsoft and not even a forum in french (we are from France), inacceptable and shameful.

    I want Microsoft to pay me back for the 7-day impossibility to play, and apologize to my son for treating him as a cheater.

    If it's a game specific ban, you would need to contact the developers. If it's an Xbox Live ban, you would need to go to http;//enforcement.xbox.com for information and to see about submitting a case review.

    why are russian people that are living in Russia not banned from online gaming on xbox? Is Microsoft prorussia or what? are there no sanctions for russian people?

    Are you a pro-Russian sympathizer or what? I only want the Russians living in Russia to be sanctioned and not the Russians outside of Russia, think for a second before you write anything! And why are you dragging the American government into the mud? In an interview, the Ukrainian president asked all countries to sanction Russian gamers.

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Unfortunately, you will not be able to reach the enforcement team here on the forums. I recommend visiting our Enforcement website for all info regarding Bans/Suspensions. Once
    you log in, click on the suspension and it will show the duration.



    If you were suspended for longer than a day you can also submit a case review from the same website.

    If you go to the
    Xbox Enforcement website     you will be able to review any enforcement actions received and if eligible request a case review.

    Please don't forget when using your Xbox to be mindful of the
    Xbox Code of conduct     and
    Terms of use     and if someone sends you a message that is not appropriate do not replay to that message just report it.
