    why puzzels dont let you collect


    this started on may 12 right after a new update. this is my way of relaxing after I get off of work. now I am having to deal with all the stress not right

    Bing Rewards Program/MS Points For Xbox One

    just dont let them collect dust. MS points are going away.

    Jigsaw Puzzels not working

    The puzzels I downloaded before are not working after the l1709 update

    Microsoft Jigsaw

    I have unistalled / installed / reset - everything I can think of. I installed Solitaire Collection and they connect to serve and work fine. I then launched Jigsaw from Collection, and the same problem exists, The app will freeze when it syncs to the server.
    I cannot get Jigsaw to work with the network connected. I'm out of puzzels and need to connect so I can download new ones.
