Why others' installer files like .deb, .tar, .pkg,... can be converted to executable...

Well first those files are Linux installers

Apk are specially android

Android apks can be installed on Windows 10 or higher

As mentioned they are already sell installers

The other formats you mentioned require apps to make into a self install like a package manager on linux or something like tar or zip or a package manager.

I'm not sure what you are trying accomplish.

Apks don't need a package manager you just install them

Whenever Windows or Linux oR android .

DEB is debian packages which is Linux but still require a package manager or you to convert the package into a runtime

Maf os is bsd unix which is it's own package manager. You don't need a self install for it

Mac doesn't recognize apks though

Linux apps compile on the fly they don't need to have a self installer

There is no way to do it without an emulator as APK files hold Android apps as self-installable files already. It would mean changing the code completely to make a PC version.

I can also confirm that it is a DTS audio problem but it can be worked around very easily with a free program called PopCorn MKV AudioConverter.

Install it and it will ask if you want to also install MKVToolNix. Once installed just select the source MKV movie file and tick the box on the top right "Convert DTS Tracks". Also tick "convert to Dolby Digital". You have a few other options in here to
keep the DTS file too. This is up to you but I've not found a way of changing ausio tracks in the Media Player. (If anyone has let me know).

You then select file destination (Use a drive that's different to source). HIT RUN!

This will fairly quickly (10mins on my PC with a SSD drive) convert the DTS to Dolby Digital and Remux it back into the MKV to create a new video file with audio that will play.

I have followed your steps but the time I navigate through the DGVoodoo2 add func I the .exe file is not showing in the folder other folder such as Audio, Data, and Support is showing. Where I can change file type to all.
