Why on Earth is my Xbox One S taking so long to do anything and freezing every few seconds?

Yep same issue here, cuts out every 5-10 mins and takes sometimes takes a re-sync to get back to normal.

Three controllers tried, all three same problem. Worse on certain games, which is weird...

Why on EARTH is it taking so long to fix? For a lot of people this makes the console redundant, my S is in the living room so I cant have silly long cables lying about the place.

any new news on possible solution? Ive spent all night redoing my home network and trying different setups.

Why on earth would an ethernet connection have anything to do with an xbox freezing????

Yes, I do. Every one that I checked myself here only took a matter of a few seconds to do the search itself and then just a minute or two to verify the information. It wouldn't take long at all.
