Why not take legal action against the ximming companys?

No one here can speak for Microsoft on anything, including legal actions

It is more efficient to block the techniques they are using as opposed to playing whack a mole with companies that will just move next door and be back in business next week

Ok, we assume that the tools can't be blocked because they simulate/imitate a controller so good that they can't recognize it. Why don't block the game and console devs the selling of the tools. Nearly every Internet shop is selling this trash or why no
action for an injunction to the company of cronus and Xim?

I think Microsoft/Sony and all big publishers like EA, Ubisoft, Activision and so on have to come together and are in responsibility to protect all console players to take anti cheat/hack measures.

I appologize that you feel that you recieved poor support from the agents at Xbox Live. I agree that the information provided makes it look like the company is still selling the family pack. I also agree that they shouldn't be advertising it any longer if
they aren't offering it. Though I understand your want for legal action, it is going to be difficult as the new terms of use that we agreed to in November makes it nearly impossible to take legal action against the company. I would suggest checking out the
terms of use, specifically section 4 (I belive) and then speak to a lawyer about if legal action is a possibility in your situation.
