    im a part of the PCMR but i was hoping to take use of the xbox series x installment plan. but cant cuz the one method u guys have is citizens one and my father witch was willing to do this cant now cuz he cant use what he has set up for YEARS now. for
    wanting a xbone in every home u guys r knee caping alot of ppl by doing this.

    Hey there Voodoo! Resistance has a good suggestion with checking the billing site. This is always a good first step when you are having issues purchasing things.

    In addition, can you let us know if you are having trouble adding multiple payment methods, or just the one? Does the information on the payment method(s) you are using match that on your account (name, address, region, etc.)? Let us know, thanks!

    Hey bud does say order cancelled or purchase? Did you use money on your account or did you use one of the payment methods saved on file?

    If it was a payment method on file check you email for the account and see if they gave a response on why it was cancelled.

    I don’t want to cancel it I just want to change the payment method from bank card to Microsoft account balance if this is possible? I’ve tried going on change payment method but it just lets me use card or add a new card it doesn’t give me the option to use my account balance
