Why servicing a Xbox is so much complicated ?

every time I tried support I got the same error message

Now I am getting really [Mod removed- inappropriate] microsoft

if you can't provide warranty in India then why are you selling them in India ?

PS4 is way better hassle free warranty , just go to nearest sony service center and they will take it

I've called Microsoft service center in Kolkata India and they will not take any xbox for repairing or replacement

Why you let us suffer that much ?

the reason as to why it burst i am not sure..and especially it being a XBOX 360, you should have called the xbox, support in india and asked for guidance.

Iz your account region india or australia or uk?

let me give me you in details.. Before purchase I contacted xbox live chat and ask if out of region DVD will work or not and what need to get it work in india. Executive told me to replace power adapter because current will not work it covers in warranty
you can change it US as well in India. That is why after reaching to India after so much search I had called Today)India Support Live chat people gave me India Support number after calling them they told me they cannot replace it as it is out of US and I
need to pay 4100/- My question if I would have known this I could have bought it from US or get it replace there.. first they waste my time,money what kind of support is this. What kind of warranty which is applicable in US only when I asked to purchase warranty
of INDIA they told me it cannot happen .. if you purchase it will be applicable in US only..
