Sorry to hear that you're still experiencing this inconvenience.

Now, Microsoft has actually noted that some of our customers actually had the same problem as well and has recently been taking information to help them get to the bottom of this.

I know you said that you have already contacted them in the past about this issue, but I highly recommend contacting them again so that they can notate your account info and hopefully resolve what you're experiencing.

never got my code been fighting with microsoft and sling tv about this ... one says there supposed to send then the other one says there supposed to send it... seems like to me bunch of

dont u think i have done that.. cant u read my first post ... it says that i have contacted both parties of the promo ... such a big company and cant even run a promo right .... seems like there should be a lawsuit over this ... since there is tons of
people on reddit having the same dam issue.. before anybody send a messages back maybe do some research
