why no media? - waiting to do something with this brand new console

Purchased Titanfall bundle this week and was anxious to spend some quality time playing the game on my day off. Cracked open the bundle last night, hooked everything up, and let it update overnight when I realized the update process was so slow. Frustrated
to see that only a download card was included, even though the console has a Blue-ray drive.

Woke up this morning, hoping to get some quality time playing Titanfall, but doesn't look like its going to happen today. After several hours, I'm stuck at a 14%.

I imagine my complaint is just a needle in the haystack, but why not distribute the media with downloadable updates? My ISP options are limited, and I have relatively low quotas - a 24GB download is a substantial hit to that. Not to mention, my pipe isn't
terribly large, so downloads are slow at 3MB.

So I have this brand new console, yet I can't really do anything other than marvel at some of the bells and whistles until I download stuff that should have been included in media. Not everyone has fiber to their door and low caps.

Console banned

I would like to know why my brand new Xbox one S is banned and why is the reason that is like that, all I do is just play different games watch Netflix and watch movies; I believe this should not be happening to me because that's all I do when I get the
chance to play or turn on my brand new console .. I believe this is a mistake because I don't do anything wrong whit this brand new console i dont even have 3 month with this console and this is ridiculous to me I'm completely in shock aggravated right know
after a few weeks with out turn on my Xbox it have to be an mistake because I'm not really using this Xbox iften.

Console Ban

but i am sorry to say very bad experience for xbox because i do not know i was purchased new brand xbox full payment so why my console ban or why my console ban, no mod, no hack, or no other thing, so what is the correct reason for banning????????????????

This is Microsoft's new approach to Xbox One's bundles. Sadly there is no fix for this, you will just have to wait for it to download. Suppose it must save Microsoft some money, no disc and all that!

So why buy the new games ever if you are paying the $30 a year? Why not just wait for the brand new games to go into the vault?

ok so I just took the brand new WD 6TD my book external hard drive out of the box, connected it by the usb cord into the usb port on the console and for some reason the console recognized it as a media storage devise for music and pictures. It did not let
me format the drive or choose to use it to store my saved games. I then connected the drive to my windows pc that is using windows 8.1 and formatted it and when I re-connected the drive to my xbox one console it still recognized it as a media drive. I have
no idea why it is doing this.

COuld you please provide some instruction on how to connect wmc to xboxone?

I tried mine...but getting constant message of "we've lost your TV signal", why xbox is not detecting signs from windows media centre PC? is it something to do with my video card?

I have selected the brand "windows media centre" from drop down...but still doesn't work..

I'm just going to wait and do it on the console, if it gets knocked off line so be it, I really don't feel like messing about trying to do it via USB on a brand new £429 console.
